FAQ

1.Select products and add them to your cart.

2. Click on the "Cart" icon to edit your order, and click on the "Checkout" icon to submit your order to a staff member for processing.

3. After processing your order, we will send you an invoice by email for verification.

4. After confirmation of payment, the order will be packed at the warehouse.

5. Once packaging is complete, your order will be shipped according to your chosen shipping method.

1.Your order will be processed within 1-3 business days after placing your order. The employee responsible for your order will contact you to confirm it and send you an invoice for payment.

2. After confirmation of payment, collection and preparation of the order for transfer to the transport company takes 7-10 working days.

An order can be canceled/changed before the invoice is issued.

Our warehouse is located in South Korea. Delivery is carried out worldwide.

Delivery costs depend on the country to which the order will be sent, as well as the delivery method.
